7. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a customer fails to collect or accept delivery of a shipment within the timeframe specified by the courier, and the package is returned to Balkan Sjaj, the customer remains responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred.
This includes:
- The original shipping cost
- The return-to-sender (RTO) cost charged by the courier
These costs represent actual logistical expenses and do not constitute a penalty.
In the case of prepaid orders, such costs may be deducted from any refund amount.
In the case of cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, Balkan Sjaj reserves the right to request reimbursement of incurred shipping and return costs before accepting future orders.
Balkan Sjaj reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers with outstanding unpaid balances related to unclaimed shipments.
By completing checkout, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including images, text, logos, designs, and branding, belongs to Balkan Sjaj and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
